In An Emergency
If your pet has a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice on 01905 773262 for Droitwich or 01905 453007 for Claines, Worcester immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis. Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.
In the case of an emergency outside of our opening hours, please visit Vets-Now.com who provide our A&E service. Vets Now provide an out of hours service and we work closely along side of them. Their phone number is 01905 780404.
