Meet the office team 

Rachel - Office Assistant
Rachel joined the office team in 2005. She can also be found on our small animal reception desk on Mondays and for holiday cover. Rachel has 3 border collies to keep her busy and enjoys gardening in her spare time.

Jan - Office Assistant
Jan has been with the practice for many many years and works in the office. She escapes off to Cornwall 3 or 4 times a year walking and kayaking and also enjoys amateur dramatics, singing and baking.

Mary - Office Manager
Mary has been with the practice since 1998 and is our office manager. She was brought up on a farm and is a trained farm secretary and accounting technician. She used to ride a lot doing point to pointing and 3 day events. She has an aviary with about 20 Zebra Finches and some Chinese quail.

Gill - Large Animal Reception
Gill has worked with the practice since 2001. Originally on the small animal nursing team and now covers the large animal reception. Gill is from a local farming family and keeps a mixed bag of animals!! In her spare time she helps out on the farm and rides horses.

Béatrice - Large Animal Reception

Originally from France, Béatrice joined us in the large animal reception in December 2012, after having relocated from Lichfield to Worcester.  In her spare time Béatrice enjoys being a private French tutor, walking her 2 little miniature wire haired dachshunds and spending time with her family.  She is fond of travelling and there is no point guessing what her number one destination may be.

Sophie - Marketing and IT Co-Ordinator

Sophie joined us in 2003 as Personal Assistant in the large Animal office, her current role now includes IT and Marketing. Outside of work Sophie is kept busy spending time with her son and also enjoys cooking.

Jo - Human Resources Manager
Jo has worked with the practice for a very long time joining when Mr Frank Moody was the senior partner. Jo has worked in all departments at one time or another and her current role is Human Resources Manager. With 3 young children, she keeps busy providing a taxi service from one football match to another.
