Reception Team

Jackie - Receptionist
Jackie joined the Claines surgery in 2009.with around 20 year’s admin experience to her name. She lives locally and has always been a keen animal lover. She loves meeting and greeting our clients both human and animals! Outside of work she enjoys line dancing and spending time on the family boat.

Mo - Receptionist
Maureen better known as Mo has been with the practice for 22 years, she has had many pets of her own over the years and currently has a boxer. Her children are all grown up, and she has a young grandson to keep her busy Mo works part time on reception.

The Nursing Team

Karen - Head Nurse
Karen has been working at the Claines surgery since joining on a YTS scheme on leaving school. She has had many varied pets over the years, usually through adoption of strays from the surgery. At the moment she has 4 cats and some ex-battery hens. (freshstartforhens.co.uk)

Jo - Head Nurse
Jo has been working at the Claines surgery for 7 years and became a qualified veterinary nurse in 2007.
She has 2 dogs of her own and a horse which she used to ride competitively. Jo used to be a groom and still does do grooming at the badminton horse trials.

Kim - Nurse
Kim began working at Claines 12 years ago whilst on work experience when she was studying for a HND in animal care, science and business management. She then went on to gain a BSc Honors degree in animal health and welfare.
She has 2 cats Harry and Charlie and has a particular interest in cats, dogs and wildlife.
