MacArthur, Barstow and Gibbs is a large rural mixed veterinary practice. We employ ten full time vets who variously specialise in small animal, farm animal and equine work. Special offers: We sometimes have special offers on our small animal, equine or farm animal products. Small animal work: We have small animal surgeries in Droitwich and Worcester with full diagnostic equipment and surgical facilities. Equine work: We offer a full 24 hour emergency service for horses, ponies and donkeys as well as day-to-day routine and preventative care Farm animal work: We do all routine and emergency farm work including herd health planning and preventative care. Newsletters: We produce monthly small animal and large animal newsletters which are available online.

This practice is proud to be an approved member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Practice Standards Scheme.

As an accredited practice, we have passed an inspection carried out by an experienced veterinary surgeon focusing on a range of areas, including hygiene, health and safety, clinical governance and the facilities we provide, to name just few of the many criteria.

The practice will be reinspected every four years and we will be subject to spot-checks in the meantime, so we have to keep on our toes.

The Practice Standards Scheme is a voluntary initiative - not all practices are part of it yet. RCVS accreditation means that as a client you can rest assured that our practice offers a high quality of care - in those bits of the practice you can see - and those that you can't.
